Abstract
Obat Elektrolit adalah Zat kimia yang menghasilkan partikel-partikel bermuatan listrik yang di sebut ion jika berada dalam larutan. Pengelolahan elektrolit konsetrat (termasuk obat-obat yang perlu di waspadai) untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan. Penyimpanan obat Elektrolit Konsetrat di Farmasi RSUD X adalah kegiatan pengaturan obat yasng meliputi obat disimpan terpisah dari obat lain yang tidak mudah di jangkau dan pemberian tanda peringatan label stiker bertuliskan” HIGH ALERT”. Metode penilitian yang digunakan dengan cara membagikan angket kepada unit pelyanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tentang pengelolahan obat High Alert di instalasi Farmasi RSUD Bangil
